The Reynolds Group has been involved with the Bridgewater Commons Mall and its owners since its inception in an on going basis. We have provided a variety of Surveying, Engineering and Environmental Services in support of their existing operations, future expansion, and development of adjacent properties. 

We are currently developing plans for the expansion of two of the mall's anchor stores and the creation of a "Lifestyle Center" on an adjacent parcel.  The Lifestyle Center will include approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space in multiple buildings situated in a "Main Street" setting.
