Bridgewater Crossing, two eight story office buildings totaling nearly 600,000 square feet, is the latest development project of Hines, one of the United States premier owner/developers of Class A office space. The Reynolds Group, Inc. provided a variety of services in order to obtain the permits and approvals necessary for construction. Particular attention was paid to the site layout, site amenities and landscaping to create a park-like corporate setting consistent with Hines standards. A 1.5-acre wet pond and water feature was included in the design to address the site’s stormwater management requirements while providing a unique visual site amenity.
