The Reynolds Group is proud to have been part of this ambitious plan for a 169 acre development. Site development plans had been started when a long time client brought us into the project to work out critical stormwater, grading and permitting issues and carry the project forward to construction plans. We worked with the developer and architect to detail the site and utility items. Water and sewer service extensions were a critical component of the project for which The Reynolds Group was able to provide cost effective engineering options. The final project includes 200 single family houses, 50 COAH apartments, ten – 3 story apartments with a total of 360 units, 190 ‘flats’ units. Two separate clubhouses with outdoor pools and an outdoor recreation area were also designed. A future area (which we subsequently designed) was also set aside for a neighborhood shopping center.
